Tuna special :-)

Normally, I would make a sandwich with what we have in the fridge.  Today, our fridge was stocked !  So I made a delicious gourmet tuna sandwich.  It so happened that we have marinated black un-pitted olives, tuna in a can, a bottle of tahini, baby cos lettuce, cheese slices and whole meal bread. 

Here's how the tuna mix looks like

I like my sandwiches toasted.  So into the toaster the bread goes.  I opened the can of tuna in a large mixing bowl.  Peeled and chopped up the olives, added them in.  Add some chopped spanish onion.  A dash of salt, pepper and a splash of tahini paste.  You can add mayonnaise if you like but I would opt for the non-fattening option.  Wash two pieces of lettuce… and put them all together into  a sandwich !
